Dear Team at Village Estates
            I am writing with reference to the forthcoming tenancy renewal date on the above property. It is with regret that I inform you that I will not be renewing the agreement and therefore will be giving notice as per contract until the 23rd December. My reason for the decision is due to a move from the Bradford area into temporary accommodation whilst awaiting the completion of a purchase on a property with my partner in the Calderdale area and the arrival of our first baby in April (need a larger property!).
My time as a tenant with your company has been a pleasure and all communication and interactions have been both professional and efficient whilst maintaining warmth and approachability. I will be recommending you highly as an agent for either a landlord or tenant to those with whom I have contact.
I will of course be available to enable viewings on the property and will advise you when I will vacate the property fully as this may be before the end of the tenancy. If you could advise me on the process for reclaiming the bond etc it would be appreciated.
I wish you all luck and happiness for the future and hope you have growing success in your ventures and business.

The references have now come back for the lady who has paid the deposit on the property so we can now organise a moving in date - she wants to be in asap.
Having spoken to Mrs P she did say that ideally they wanted to vacate by Christmas - would you consider allowing them to before Christmas if we could get the new tenant to sign a day or two just after that?  Please let me know your thoughts.

Paul, firstly, a big thank-you for yours and your staff's continued support throughout our tenancy.
 
Going back to our conversation when you came to see us and sign the lease,
we have been very fortunate to find a four bed Semi on Cooper lane suitable for our family and in our current price range and have taken up the offer of renting with a view to purchase next year.
 
We will pay a month's rent on 26th July and vacate on 17th August as mandated through contract.
 
We have just given the exterior gardens etc.. a thourough sorting out and will leave this property in the same manor we have always kept it. 
 
Once again, we are grateful for continued support.
